A Salesforce geek since 2001, I have focused my career on CRM and salesforce.com. I have worked as a salesforce.com consultant and salesforce.com end user. I have implemented over 75 businesses onto salesforce.com. I have migrated over 300 different systems/data sources.

I have a passion for helping people with salesforce.com / CRM. If you are in the Sacramento area and need some help with salesforce.com (or just want to discuss salesforce.com and/or CRM) send me a message. Also consider joining the Sacramento Salesforce User Group.

I am a declarative developer that can do Apex when in a pinch. I have a database background, so SOQL using anonymous Apex comes in handy for me.

I became a salesforce.com MVP in Summer of 2013. I love being part of the salesforce.com community. Dreamforce is my geek out week of the year.

I have been in I.T. since 1996 and I took to SaaS and Cloud immediately, as I understood the value. Love to help companies move to Cloud technologies.

Specialties: salesforce.com administration, implementation, data migrations, consulting, salesforce.com formulas and worfklows.

Certifications: Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer, Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

I am a Sr. Director of Business Architecture at Comcast, a company that is shaping the future at the intersection of media and technology. I work with end-users, business leaders, and C-level executives in sales and operations, products and services strategy and development. Together, we develop wiz-bang-wow-awesome solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform.

Before joining Comcast, I worked as a Salesforce.com Consultant, and was fortunate enough to work with amazing clients like Cedar Point Communications, the Friendship Circle, actress Kate Mines, 2U.com, and the University of Southern California.

I’m truly passionate about the Force.com platform and always eager to connect with other Salesforce Administrators, Developers and Users. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the business unit leader or team to understand their business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.

Good to know news, views, and stuff you can use about Salesforce.com.

There’s a lot of buzz around Salesforce.com.  I’ll never claim to be your one-stop blog for all things you need to know about Salesforce.  I do however want to provide you relevant information about Salesforce news, product features, company information, partner products, intriguing ideas, and maybe even a few things you never thought you’d learn about Salesforce.  Let me know if what I write about is relevant to you and I’ll always listen to ways you think I could improve.

CRMFYI is published by Jeff Grosse.  I have been a Salesforce MVP since 2010 and I hold Salesforce certifications for Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant. As a day job, I am a Salesforce Consultant for Appirio, and I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota with a family of five.  The views expressed at CRMFYI are wholly mine and do not reflect those of my employer.

My name is Richard Tuttle, and I am a sr. business systems analyst for the worlds largest manufacturer of hard drives.  I currently develop mostly in the force.com cloud but also frequent other platforms/languages like PHP,  Java,  C#, and C++.

When I’m not programming I like spending time with my 3 little girls and wife.  I like to play video games in my downtime, especially first person shooters on PS3.  You can find me on PSN under ‘drakored’, usually playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.

This blog is a place for me to write about my adventures in cloud development, so others can learn from my pain lessons.  Anything expressed in my blog is my opinion, thought, etc and does not reflect those of my employer.

I grew up here in North Carolina and will live here as long as I can.  I have an Information Systems degree from the Cameron School of Business at UNC – Wilmington.

My first job was in Denver, CO and while it is an amazing city, it wasn’t home.  I came back to NC and after being a freelance web designer for a few years, I ventured into the world of customer service.  It was there that I came in contact with Salesforce.

I am a Certified Administrator, an Advanced Certified Administrator and a Certified Developer.  I am a Salesforce MVP.  For more information on the Salesforce MVP community, visit: http://www.salesforce.com/mvp/. Salesforce, Force, Force.com, Chatter, and others are trademarks of salesforce.com, inc. and are used here with permission.

I live and work in Durham, North Carolina.
